What we collect and why
If you ask for the free template
We collect your email address so we can send you the download link, and later emails about the templates. Our legal basis is your consent. You can unsubscribe with the link in every email, and we stop straight away. The email list is run by{{EMAIL_PROVIDER}}.
If you buy templates
Payment is handled by {{PAYMENT_PROVIDER}}. They collect your name, email address, billing country and payment details. We receive your name, email address and what you bought, so we can send your files and help you. We never see your full card number. Our legal basis is to fulfil our contract with you. We keep order records for as long as Croatian tax and accounting law requires.
If you email us
We keep your message and our reply so we can help you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you. We delete these emails when they are no longer needed.
When you visit this website
This website is hosted by Render. Like every web host, Render's servers may briefly record technical details such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts or fonts.
Who else sees your data
Only the services named above, and only to do the job described. They act on our instructions.
Some of these services may store data outside the European Union. Where they do, they use safeguards the GDPR allows, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- limit how we use it, or stop using it
- give you a copy in a common format

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Croatian data protection authority, the Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), or to the authority in your own country.
