Who you are buying from
You are buying from SuccessionKit.

What you are buying
Digital template files that you download, in US Letter and A4. The Word pack has Word templates (.dotx). The Word + Affinity bundle has the same templates plus Affinity files (.af). Nothing is posted to you. You need your own copy of Microsoft Word, or the current free Affinity app for the Affinity files.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the website. Payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy.
Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. That means Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record shown on your receipt and card statement, and they handle the payment and any sales tax or VAT. You are still buying our templates, and we are still the people who answer when you need help.
How you may use the templates
You may use the templates to make printed and digital material for your own organization — a church, school, club, nonprofit or business — as often as you like. You may not resell or share the template files themselves.
Refunds
Email us within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason. See our refund policy.
If something goes wrong
If a file does not open or print correctly, email us and we will help or send a fixed file. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
