14 days, no questions

If the templates are not right for you, email us within 14 days and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.

For pre-orders, the 14 days start on the day we email you the files. You can also cancel at any time before then.

How to ask

1. Email hello@successionkit.com.
2. Include the email address you used to buy, so we can find your order.

How you get your money back

We send the refund through {{PAYMENT_PROVIDER}}, to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to reach you depends on your bank.

This policy is in addition to your rights as a consumer. It does not replace them.
